South Ridge Bluegrass is a group from  Moore County, NC which has excellent vocals combined with hard driving instrumentation.  We are four friends who have played together in various bands over the past 20 years.  Our sound ranges from the traditional sounds of Bill Monroe and Flatt and Scruggs to the modern sounds of John Denver, The Eagles, with a mixture of original songs.  We are available for private functions, weddings, and other venues.  So kick back, relax and enjoy our website and we hope to see you soon.   Gregg, Johnie, Huey, and Steve

We want to give a big Thank You to Ralph Thompson and everyone who came to the Music Barn in Mt Gilead on July 3.  We enjoyed meeting everybody and having the opportunity to play for you.  We plan to be back later in the fall, the date to be announced.  We hope you'll come and bring a friend.
